Yesterday’s breakfast was more of the same… Sigh.
Egg white and cheeze omelette with faux turkey slices and spinach. It was good. Oop, glass of soymilk too.
I also had the customary tea at work:
But I totally broke the law and had FRUIT for a snack:
A delicious grapefruit. I ate half of it at around 10:30, and the other half at noon.
Then I had lunch:
It was good. I made my own salad today, leafy greens, cucumbers, green peppers, pistachios. I love monochromatic salads!!
I had some nuts on the way home from work, and a Greens+ when I got home from work:
And I made a really nice little supper:
I made some cauliflower mashed “potatoes”, a little bean medley with tomato paste and cumin, and these adorable little stuffed mushrooms (stuffed with spinach, the mushroom stems, and topped with a little hummus and paprika) they were way cute, and way tasty. I LOVE mushrooms.
